Information pursuant to art. 13 Legislative Decree 196/2003
Dear customer, I inform you that Legislative Decree no. 196 of June 30, 2003 (Code regarding the protection of personal data) provides for the protection of individuals and other subjects with regard to the processing of personal data. The undersigned Company informs you that for the establishment and execution of contractual/commercial/informational relationships with you in progress, it will enter into/is in possession of data acquired also verbally directly or through third parties, relating to you, data qualified as personal by law.
According to the aforementioned regulation, such processing will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, and transparency and the protection of your privacy and your rights. Pursuant to Article 13 of Legislative Decree no.196/2003, therefore, I provide you with the following information:
The data are collected and processed to register the customer and activate the requested information service as well as for any other possible and subsequent contractual/commercial need and to comply with the resulting legal and contractual obligations as well as to achieve effective management of commercial relationships and also for the purpose of credit protection and better management of our rights relating to the individual relationship.
The data you provide will also be used for the periodic sending of documentation/commercial information/statistical surveys relating to the activities carried out by the registered Company and its partners.
At any time, however, you may object to the aforementioned processing by communicating it directly to the registered Company. For a more effective modification/deletion of the processing in question, it is advisable to use a traceable communication method (for example: registered letter with return receipt, certified email, etc.).
The data will be processed in written form and/or on magnetic, electronic, or telematic support. The provision of the data is mandatory for everything required by legal and contractual/informational obligations and therefore any refusal to provide them or to subsequent processing may result in the impossibility for the undersigned to proceed with the same contractual/informational relationships.
The failure to provide all data not attributable to legal or contractual obligations will instead be evaluated from time to time by the undersigned and will determine the consequent decisions related to the importance of the requested data with respect to the management of the commercial relationship.
Without prejudice to communications and disclosures made in execution of legal obligations, the data may possibly be communicated in Italy to:
professionals and consultants
For the same purposes, the following categories of appointees and/or managers and external subjects may become aware of the data you provide:
Administrative office;
Legal office;
Accounting office;
Suppliers of goods and services, who carry out activities on our behalf;
Appointees.
The aforementioned communication will be made within the limits strictly necessary for the fulfillment of your request as well as for the fulfillment of the resulting contractual relationship and/or for mere accounting/tax purposes using all the precautions provided by law in order to guarantee your privacy.
Of such dissemination/communication, upon your request, you will in any case be informed verbally or in writing.
The data will be processed for the entire duration of the established relationship and also subsequently, within the above limits, for the fulfillment of all legal obligations as well as for the purposes indicated in this information.
Once the existing relationship has ended/your request for information has been responded to, the related files or data existing on computer media will be automatically saved in a database and used for sending commercial/advertising/statistical communications.
The data in paper form will be kept for the minimum time possibly required by law and subsequently destroyed.

At any time you may exercise your rights towards the data controller, pursuant to art.7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003, which for your convenience we reproduce in full:

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
of the origin of the personal data;
of the purposes and methods of processing;
of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
of the identification details of the data controller, data processors, and the representative designated pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2;
of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them as designated representative in the territory of the State, data processors, or persons in charge.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
the updating, rectification, or, when interested, integration of the data;
the deletion, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
certification that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate use of means compared to the right protected.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if pertinent to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising materials or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
